COVID 19 IN THE FOODSERVICE INDUSTRY
Today’s guidelines require knowledge of the latest local and national Health Department regulations. Some ways we can assist is in: (1) Helping you reconfigure seating in the dining room, patio and bar to meet social distancing guidelines. (2) Using floor decals to remind guests in lobby areas and counter areas to keep social distancing protocols. (3) Having a dedicated staff responsible for sanitizing all high traffic and customer contact areas (4) Conducting wellness checks for all staff members before each shift, including temperature checks. (5) Providing all personnel with protective shields, masks, gloves and sanitizing stations. (6) Strict reinforcement of routine hand-washing of all personnel. (7) Providing replenish-able hand sanitizing stations near each hostess station, guest restrooms, lobby’s and hallways with easy access.
